Booking Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your Puja booking within 72 hours prior to the scheduled Puja time without incurring any cancellation charges.

Cancellation Timeline

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior: Eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24–72 hours: Eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours: Non-refundable.

To exercise your cancellation rights, please inform us of your decision through:

Refunds if approved will be processed & credited to original payment method within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

Conditions for Refunds

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • The Puja service must not have already been performed.
  • Custom or personalized Puja services are non-refundable once the preparations have commenced.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the above conditions are not met.
